But im making a site now.. its turning out pretty well..

Well, if you see the buttons in the left frame. (im using frames, its cutted in 3 difrent. upper, left and the big one)
Well, when i set the buttons as links to the next page it doesnt work. its opens the new page just in the left frame. i want it to open in the middle frame. so that just the middle frame will change. for example when im going from news to film, then iwant the film page to turn up in the middle page.. what i have done is to make a new page identical to the first one, 3 frames and the buttons and logo and all that. then i just exchange the middle with the film page. should i link the buttons to the new page with 3 frames or just link it to the single page that makes the middle frame? i have done this before, around a year ago. i remember that there was something that had to be done so it would work... im no html geek, i use GO live to write the html codes for me.. im just a click and learn guy...
It would be great if anyone could help me! cause this is the only place i can get help from...
