Grab a pair of gloves and head to the local bank. Get in line. Tap the shoulder of the guy ahead of you, and start putting on the gloves. When he turns around say "No would be a good time to leave"
or
Go to the airport, and when you see someone waiting for their flight, just slowly walk up and stand in front of them. Dont say anything, just wait until they sense you there, and look up. Look them dead in the eye with a straight face and say "dont get on the flight." then walk away.
