It's a big tube that allows a river to flow under the freeway from that painted rock to tanner park. It can be fun shit.

yeah what he said. go to suicide rock and follow the river until it goes under the highway. grab a sled, tube, or piece of wood and enjoy. just dont come out like u would on a pool slide or ull get eaten by rocks

yeah i did it at the beggining of this year and it was nuts cause we had good pieces of wood so the water built up like 4 feet higher than normal and we went fucking flying, i was always scared about knocking my head when i came out the end cause you go so fast but i never did
