What is the best way to create a paint splatter effect on Illustrator or any other program because ive tried many times and cant get it.

go to deviantart.com and browse: resources. in the sub catagory choose photoshop brushes. you will find more stuff than you will ever need. also do a search in deviant art for "splatter brushes" this site has some seriously sick resources, just give credit / post a compliment the people that created the stuff.
