ok here is what i know and think not going over there because of oil we have enough oil and the ability to supply more than enough oil. the reason gas prices are going up is not totally in part of iraq that stems from the shit going on down in south america, which i feel should be of a little more concern to us than iraq as well as N. korea should be. i do believe iraq needs a change of president but i do not think that the us should forcefully do this. the un needs to tell saddam to disarm or else he will be exiled, this needs to be given a time table as well. buch is just pushing this issue to far to fast because saddam tried to kill his daddy. we all know saddam is has been and could be a problem i mean he did invade kuwait and that is all the reason needed to disarm iraq not to mention the fact he has no qwalms about executing people for not completely agreeing with him even two of his sons. so in final thought this is not an issue the US should jump to using force on and the best way is to push a resolution through the UN that has a timetable and repricutions for not abiding by it and i know i will not allow myself to be drafted to fight this war.

actually thats whats great about this counrty is our freedom and right not to agree with each other. i have the right not to agree with my country and no i wouldnt jump over to canada to escape a draft i would gladly serve time in prison for my choice because i realize that is the consequence i would have chosen by not going to war. i love and respect this country greatly. and as for actions and consequences bush hasnt thought about the consequences we as a country are going to face if we number one defy the un and number 2 the action that are going to be taken by terrorists. this is also being pushed by some of his advisors because war will boost the economy in the short term even though it will create a large defecit and it has also shown to help in guess what getting reelected, but thats a whole other rant about how politicians are tools for whoever has the money (ie their party). i am not oppposed to war with iraq completely i just think there should be some other options should be exhausted first, then i would fight for this country.

Aw for fucks sake, enough about this already. And how can you possibly say that it has nothing to do with oil? You haven't brought any new or fresh ideas to this debate, you've just repeated the views of countless other drones. And the UN has told Saddam that and the UN has set a deadline, as has Bush which they keep changing by the way, bloody forget about it already.

i dont get the people that say 'we should just nuke iraq' its like they dont get the complications that would spring from a nuclear war. nukes are used as a phycological weapon more than its used physically
