hey any of u trackj stars out there pole vault or any ns'rs do it. i joined track this year cuz i had to and then i found out that pole vaulting is sick. its crazy fun and its liek the most extream thing to do in track

i pole vault, its lots of fun. it gets a lot more fun when you start to bend your pole and when you can do front flips off of it

i vault its the only fun thing to do in track. A senior last year was so good i dont know how high he can vault though, but now hes in college and vaults for cornell.
