yeah man when i first say that i thought it was fake until i looked it up and saw this page dedicated on how it works, the tires that rolled up hill were weighted with nuts and stuff.

It took 283 (or something like that) tries to get the device to work. and yes, its real (saw it on tv). These types of devices are called "Rupe Golburg" devices; named after the man who first pioniered a device like this (many needlessly complicated parts that acomplish one simply goal).
