make sure the frame rate is the same as the imported video... if its 29.95 and ur exported at like 8frames per sec.. its gonna make it a longer slower vid... (if thats the case)
from premiere.. try exporting Movie.. this will export at full quality and see if you get the same results..
also.. make sure your time line stops at where the video stops.. could be that the length of ur timeline is way longer than you need.
In the options when you export, make sure taht you select render work area bar, instead of entire sequence. You can then use the bar above the timelime to control what you render
