I movie to quicktime

Does anyone know how to convert imovie to quicktime. I have a mac and a pc, but im not sure how to do it.

go to file in imovie and select "share"...then it will come up with a number of options and select whichever one you want, they will all convert it into .mov files but depending on what you choose it will change the quality.
