Saturday Wake up from a normal nights sleep. Sleep for 14+ hours tonight.
Sunday Wake up really refreshed from your 14+ hour sleep, and you wont need to sleep tonight.
Monday Get up feeling normal. Push through the night by drinking lots of cofee, eating, and keeping yourself entertained (TV, computer, ect.).
Tuesday Get up really tired. drag yourself throught the day, hit the sack at around 6:00 (or earlier).
Wensday Wake up really refreshed from your 13+ hour sleep, and you wont need to sleep tonight.
Thursday Get up feeling normal. Push through the night by drinking lots of cofee, eating, and keeping yourself entertained.
Friday Get up feeling tired. drag yourself throught the day. Go to bed about 10:00 and set your alarm for 8:00
Once you get in the groove it will be easier on your mind. and you will only have to sleep for 1 school night! This is great for collage, cuz then you can get a shit load of homework done.
i have a simular question. How to you get yourself out of bed in the morning like at night im like o ill do it in the morning i set my clock and it wakes me up but when i wake up i just get lazy and go back to sleep
Being an Architecture student I feel it is my duty to pass on my experience of horrendous late nights working to the up coming youth!
Here's how I coped with two all nighters in a row: (Day/night/day/night/morning working)
1. Drink loads of water. Have a 2 litre bottle of water at your desk and keep filling it.
2. Lay off the caffiene until the final 12-18hour push to the finish line as this will make it more effective. If you caffeine binge for too long, you just crash majorly! Take something with caffeine once an hour. Pro-plus, coffee, tea, coke. Something like that!
3. Dont eat big meals. they make you tired. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals spaced out during the day. And have plenty of snacks on hand for fuel! You need 50% more energy than normal that day cos of no sleep!
4. When the pupils of your eyes dilate too much because of all the caffiene, simply pop your goggles on to reduce the glare. And forget about the hallucenations you catch in your perifery. There's no such thing as gremlins.
I pulled and all nighter last night...took an aderral at like 1pm but im startin to come down from it because it was only a 10mg... if you wanna stay up for a while, pop a 25 mg...drink lots of water, eat alotta snacks...you'll get used to it and be fine

RED BULL, or the fleshy spot between ure thumb and finger if u squeeze it, it does something thats supose to wake u up a little but i dont think it works
