Replying to Speaking at graduation or baccalaureate??

I was selected to speak at baccalaureate the night before graduation (for those of you who dont know what that is, its a tradition in some schools where a few random people from the class speak for a few minutes). I dont know what to speak about because I dont want it to be boring or cliche. it only has to be two minutes. If any of you have spoken at your graduation or speaking this year or just have an idea...id really appreciate it. and dont respond if you dont have a serious answer.
