Apple the Record Company behind the Beatles is Suing Apple the company behind the ipod, and itunes,
when apple computers made a deal with apple records to be able to use the name apple they agreed taht they would never enter the music industry with the name apple.
Apple records says that Apple computers breached that contract with the ipod and itunes music store.
