DO NOT let your xbox360 stand vertical like on the edge. Today a accidentally pushed it just a little bit and it started making loud noises and shit that it is definately not supposed to do. I turned it off and checked the game inside and it had gotten huge scratches on it and didn't work anymore, so that really sucked..
So if you don't want your games to get fucked up, then lay the xbox down!

wow, same thing happened to my friend. It scratched his call of duty disc and now it wont load some levels. it sucks. Thats messed up, you think they'd catch something like that before they put it into production.

yeah my buddy tried turning his vertical during the middle of a game and it started making that sound. luckily he set it back down quick and his game looks and plays fine.

Its a sensitive peice of equipment, just be carful with and everyhting will be fine.

its the laser eye that reads the disks that scratches it, PS2 do the same thing if you bump them while they are reading/running a game.

yeah thats right en put your xbox horizontally and they will be no problem..
