Replying to Automobiled inclined folks: why the fuck won't my parking lights turn off?

theyre stuck on and i dont know how to make them turn off... i tried just detaching and reattaching the battery... and now im gonna have to reset my clock dammit, what a pain... oh well, battery will be dead soon anyway i imagine. its a 98 legacy... and uh... i dont feel like just yanking fuses or something cause i dont know what im doing and so on. probably neither does the fantastically gifted NS community but im taking my chances since no car place is open and i cant get ahold of anyone who would know.
