The more i watch teasers for videos, i come upon a different style of music that i like more than the last....a lot of the video i have been watching have a lot of rap in it lately....i mean like compare skiing vs snowboard videos...the majority that i have watched of each have different styles....skiing has a more thugged out music style while snowboard videos have a more laid back fun music style....some may differ depending on what you have watched but this is just from my perspective...i just wish some skiing videos had a little different outlook on the songs that are chosen and help bring out the fun that is involved...having rap doesnt help me see how much fun they are really having....

i totally agree. check out www.thinkthank.com that teaser uses a song thats not rap, and looks totally fun

if you like to watch snowboarding youwould love Robot Food then. best film making company ever. check out afterbang, lame, and afterlame. amazing soundtracks too.

yeah, Robot Food are awesome; really clever in their music programming, setting up a sense of fun throughout the whole movie, I mean, who can forget 'Dancin with Myself?'
I liked the semi-ambient style of Teddy Bear Crisis; matched up with all the time lapse night time editing I thought

there's only like 4 ski movie trailers out and I don't think that any of them have rap.

with time and with more people in the whole ski video deal there will be greater variety and movie companies will start going into their own image sort of i guess...its already happened with skating and snowboarding (finger on the trigger) and prob other sports (dont know too much about them really so cant talk too much about that) im pretty excited to see wahts going to happen with ski movies in the next...3-4 years i guess...i still think the best way to make a movie is like a team/reaaallly tight crew video, only way you can get some feeling out of the video anyway...all that bullshit lets throw peoples names on the cover who we have 4 shitty shots of deal is straight bullshit.

and to go with the whole meaning of the topic, with the diff branching of ski movie companies youll prob get some sweeeet ass music to go with the image of it.
