i dunno about that. there are some pretty rich communities around here and prices are steadily increasing. im not sure though but it is a relatively high cost of living here

yeah same with every state but i'm saying, ny tax's take it to a new level. espically nyc and around there. i'm kind of in the suburbs and its growing rapidly
