making videos smaller

i have a couple tight videos (.MOV) from my digital camera i want to post but i don't know how to get them from the 3.5 mb ish sizr they aer to under 2 mb to be able to post. any suggestions for programs or anyhting?

you need some sort of editing or compression program where you can compress those videos specifically for the internet. If you want something good try Adobe Premiere or something like Media Cleaner to compress them. If you want something simple use like IMovie or Windows Movie Maker
