it all depends on yor attitude and how hard you push yourself, the coaching just makes it easier and safer to learn new tricks

for me i got more style and confidence, i was doing like 270 on 270 out of boxes when a came and like 5s and 7s with safety, i was throwing zerospin critical at camp and then doing them on big jumps this year, my first day back i got unnaty 270 on and off because i felt more comfortable, its all about confidence

It depends on how much you decide you wanna progress. if you go there with the mentality that you're gonna kill it, not be intimidated, and you're gonna have fun, then you will. focus on having fun... not on hucking until you do a 10, unless thats fun for you.
i know i love hucking 10s.

I guess it depends on the camp and your coach.
The first camp I did I learned a shitload but after that I don't think I progress more at camp than on my own. It's not like you don't get pushed and get tips from friends when your not at camp...
It's just good to have some professional feedback and some solid theory once in a while.

you will only progress as much as you want. you have to try shit and not be scared. the snow is soft so its the best place to try new tricks. but you wont learn a switch 10
