K2 seems to like to do their own marketing and promotion. i didnt see very many magazine ads from them this year either. instead of paying other companies for exposure they put out the back 9, skeeze, and the factory team website.

it was 5,000 for a team to enter. i know K2 is a huge company, and could afford it, but there are better ways to promote.
