for 06/07 they have put some extra material in under foot to "beef" up the edge under foot. this years don't have this but i don't think it's really a defect or anything i know people who've had nooo problems. i think people only had the problems on rails btw

yeah, I have a pair. I haven't ever skied Troublemakers so I can't compare them. They're alot softer than Chronics and alot stiffer than Fujas. Much more pop than fujas. Really thin soft bases though. Expect to get coreshots. Chronics had really thick bases & hard edges but they delammed. I haven't used my crichtons so I don't know about edge durability.

i have laroses and it the same ski as the chritons, the edges are pure shit but they are probabley the best performing park skis ive ever ridden, they would be pretty perfect as a pipe ski. and they the same as tms but their a fair amount stiffer

umm if u need to get a pair of crichtons call Mountain Masters 692.4553 they have 175 left and 165 both with Dave Crichtons signature on them because Dave C. is a near by friend give hima call...me and my bro just got a pair but haven't ridden them yet..but the last yeaers tm's r bulletproof my friend has them and his edge just ripped out after 2 years of hard core rail skiing the edge ripped out becaue of a PVC rail we made snowboarder took a chip out of it then he went on and ripped out his edge but i haven't heard anything wrong about teh new Tm's other than good things but D.C. said that they are a very good ski and the his signature is just a bit stiffer
