so i'm moving down to mammoth next season from canada eh. i was wondering what it's like to find a job under the table, and any ideas for finding a place other then mammoth classified, or just any info in general like what month to start looking for a place and shat. thanks, peace.
unless you have an in your prob going to pay close to a 1000 US for a place. Youd prob be better to go to tahoe for a season, meet some peoples and then go the following season, shoveling snow is a good under the table job.,
If you want to work at the mt (a few of my friends do call up during the summer and show some interest, and if you work there they do supply you with housing for close to $500 a month (you get a decent sized apartment and share with x amount of roomies). Lifties start at $9.25/hr but there's a lot of other stuff up there too.
yeah i got a few buddies coming aswell. price isnt a problem, its just that in whistler if you dont find a place by late september your generally fucked, so my main concern is when to head down.
