Need help with new twintips...

Recentely bought some Rossi Scratch Pro Jr (first twintips), and I like them and all but I was having trouble with rails and spins. I was wondering if I should get my bindings centermounted; only problem is that these are truly symetrical twintips.
Should I get my bindings center mounted even though i dont have symetrical twintips, will it make a difference riding switch still? Thanks

I would say don't remount just to center mount, wait for your next pair of skis. my thoughts are that if you are just learning there is no need to center mount, and center mounting itself will not necessarily help you spin or do rails.

very true, it makes more distance riding switch then it does for rails and spinning . for me anywayz

yeah, you can usually mount three times before the ski starts to lose strength.

ahhh.. i hate people that say center mount center mount.. if ur a park rat that does nothing but that then maybe.. but if you ski outside the park... and do bumps and high speed shit.. center mount is bad.. it messes with the sidecut and ur turnin will be awkward.. unless the skis have a "progressive stance" mark.
i never center mounted anything and have never had a problem with rails or spinning..

don't center mount just because you're having trouble.
keep practicing. if you find that all you wanna do is ski park, then maybe on your next pair. but for now, a center mount is not going to make a 360 and railslide any easier for you.

i bought my skis and they werent center mounted. i skied and learned a 3. one of my bros friends (brian kish if anyone knows him)told me to center mount them becasue it is a lot easier spinning so i went to my local ski shop and got it done for free. i went skiin the next day and i could feel a huge difference in spinnning. so i would get em center mounted...but that only me

i tried centermounted 185 salomon guns, and they were great for high speed and bumps and park.
All times are Eastern (-5)
