Why would you go to camp? It's so much more fun to just go sleep at the mountain and buy day tickets and just cruz around with friends. It's way cheaper and I gurantee you will meet just as many if not more pros that way. I usually spent about $200 for a week of skiing and tha includes gas, lift tickets, and food. Camps seem like a total rip off if you ask me.

if i ever wanted to go to a camp it would mean not going to college for a year. all you rich people out there who get it paid for, you better appreciate what you have.

Two weeks = 3300
Airfare = 400
I get to pay. All of us have the ambition of becoming diggers so we can go for free. Then we can sleep on the floor in groups of 5, work our asses off, and survive on nothing but ramen noodles and table scraps all summer. Its still worth it though.

I had the choice of either going to the University of Vermont (30 grand a year). Or go to Plattsburgh for free (scholarship) and be able to afford ski camp in the summer.

Haha, what are you like 12. Just tell them they are all about adult supervision there and make you go to bed at like 10 everynight.

y is it a joke to save for a year?? it took me almost a year cuz i got to college full time and have to pay all my bills like credit card, car insurance, cell phone. then i got to buy my seasons pass, and have spending money. all while workin 30 hours a week and keeping a 3.0 GPA and doing 100 community service hours a sesmter not to lose any of my scholarships...i was so excited i could save up 2000 in one year, i never thought it was possible.
i dont know how many pep on here gotta pay for everything themselves, so i donno who else understand where i am coming from

You guys should really consider coming to Europe for summer ski camps. They cost from 300 to 700 plus you get to know a new country, meet new people from other countries, discover new mountains and resorts... A plane ticket to europe is probably 1000 or so, so for the same price or less you are doin the same but in europe!

I don't pay.
Well I pay about 25 bucks per night b/c thats the price of the appartment. But yeah I'm just there to support the camps and have a good time.
and I got such a sweet deal on the season pass I can ride till November with this.

Because in Zermatt a day ticket costs 50 bucks per day and there's no week deal, only a group deal and for that u need camp.

My parents are alright, they pay for camp and plane tickets, then I work and pay back as much as I can minus spending money.

ha ha you wack kids. blowing waaaaaay too much money to go hit a park for a week.
i ski all summer long for free. you fibnd some big summer snowfields in the mountains, build some huge booters/rails/etc and hit it for as long as you want.
and dont give me that shit of "well i dont live there". well, then take the money youre going to blow on summer camp, road trip to the mountains of CO, WY, MT, CA, WA, or ID and do what you want, when you want. much better than camp.
