can someone please explain to me why religion still exists today? is this not enough to try and stop it. and encourage people who are religious to believe in something else. like themselves

relgion on a small scale is good. A person who goes to church every sunday and tries to conduct their life on the way that the bible teaches is fine. It is when you get radicals that are psyco, like that lady and Islamic extremists, then it doesnt become about religion and more about personal power and conformity to their believes

me? no not at all. i just think that it is people like that women that make it look so bad. like if i had to pick a religion, and i saw that video before i had to pick. it would be the last religion i would choose. extremists in everything though make it look both good and bad.

Religion gives people a sense of security. It gives them satisfaction in the fact that they believe what happened to the earth and how it was created. Religion also does many good things. It turns around bad people, helps foreign children, and even organizes events for people in our own towns and cities. Religion is a GREAT thing if used in the right perspective and dose. No matter what religion or thing, you will always have radicals and extremeists. Think about it, what would really happen with no religion?
