not true in most developement laws before you buy a house then you sign a paper saying what you can and cant have.
their are also laws on some things like i used to have a half pipe and i had to put somthing over it when i was not riding it or else it had to go. laws are gay!!
most of the time you wont have problems with your state or town or whatever. its insurance companies that will get you. i had a trampoline and the insurance people came to check out our land and said that they wouldnt insure us anymore if we kept the trampoline. funny thing was it was in 2 pieces when they came and was clearly unusable but they still said that
no laws, however, you can get your face sued off by stupid people. Even if some random person walks into your yard, bounces on it and gets hurt, he or she can still sue you.
insurance company doesnt even know i have it, and i doubt im allowed to have one in my nieghborhood cause there a whole bunch of pencil pushers who think they are ultimate. but fuck them i need it
haha our new tramp arrived today and i LOVE it....and i love europe...u have to be insured (by law), so they cant say anything against tramps...how can u live in the states where even softdrinks are forbidden in school. land of freedom?i dont get it
yea what my dad does.. he sees a ton of those freak accidents and claims and what not. so basically he doesnt let us do alot of stuff. But we got a tramp finally, but we arent allowed to jump with more than one person on it, and we have to have up the net. no double bounces.
if you or your parents own the property you live on than there's no law that can stop you from having a trampoline. if you live in a housing developement or have uptight parents, or even worse... both... i'm sorry but you should probably runaway from all the clones and artificial life around you not to mention really shitty landscaping and overly pruned hedges.
but it's a good rule of thumb- don't let any KIDS, like neighbor kids or just young kids who aren't strong enough to control themselves when they are jumping on a trampoline. also don't let any of your pricke friends or friends with pricke parents on it either.
Doesnt matter if you put a sign up or not. If somebody jumps on it and hurts themselves then you are still liable. Doesn't matter if you have a sign or if the person who got hurt was trespassing, you are still liable.
not if your neighbor has a dumb ass kid, not old enough to read who comes over and falls of your trampoliene (that has a net) when your not home
the kids parents could have sued my family but the kid was fine, only some small cuts and their family is chill and just yelled at the kid for being dumb. but if they were dicks things could have gotten messey
its the same as a pool. Hella big liabilityes cause people are stupid
