Well now im on summer break again, so Im gona start working on jibberish again.
Ok so ive been getting a few emails every now and then asking about jibberish 2, so I want to clear the air and all.
It will be comming out in september. And it wont be done any sooner even if you email me. (but i do appreciate the fact that you guys care so much )
Its going to be free. I probably wont ask for donations either.
In terms of graphix im setting a goal of something like amped. Now that’s a goal so im not sure if its gona be doable but im gona do my best. But ill try to have it work with older computers too (have different detail levels). The levels will also be bigger, with many paths like amped.
As for errors. Im not gona answer problems through NS (and I havent been for like a year) so email me any problems at skigamemaker@yahoo.com. I basically answer all my emails within a week at the very most.
If your errors that have to do with the website then email rosscratch@hotmail.com . I dont maintain the site at all.
For macs im pretty sure it should be doable, the only problem im predicting is that right now im using windows headers and I'm not 100% sure if they have equivilant versions for macs, but well have to wait and see i guess. I know someone who has a mac near me so ill probably get him to test it out for me.
===========Important===========
If anyone thinks they can help then message me. I need help with graphics (modeling mostly).
I most likely wont need help with codding, although if you have experience with C++ and openGL then it wouldn’t hurt to email me just so that I have people to ask if I get stuck (write openGL or C++ in the text area of the message so that I can search for the email easily).
If anyone has high rez pictures of snow from as high a perspective (so its close to perpendicular to the ground) as possible then send it to my yahoo email. I realy need good pictures of snow to make the game look realistic. Keep in mind my email has a maximum of something like 20megs for attachments.
