Replying to So i have a problem...

i am by no standers a computer expert... not even close.
so to those of you who are, i have this question...
when the videos on putfile.com, it always say "additional are required to play this media".. or somthing like that. it also says " instal missing plugins." but when i click that it does nothing. i got a new computer ( this is it) and it worked on my old one. i also have the newest windows media player thing, so i have no clue whats wrong. so my question is, what the fuck do i do for this to work???
