Help with speech

alright well i have to write a student council speech by tomorrow morning and i cant fuckin concentrate so if anyone could help it would be great. Im tryin to make it as rediculous as possible by throwing in random qoutes and stuff. Also im tryin to see how many times i can say meow like in super troopers. Any body have any funny ideas tho for a speech? Any thing would help a ton
