Well I am putting on some pounds after getting out of college sports and lack of any motivations. So I though what is NS best for? Telling people how worthless they are.

So to inspire me please post any hurtfull insane comments that will hopefully modivate me to go work out.

I will print them off and put them on my bathroom so I will see them in the mourning and go get my fat ass into gear.

i found out you need both your arms to do a lot of things... so since ones gimped... i do nothing, adn while im at it, beer and hot fudge and sandwiches and cereal and all that shit aer very enjoyable... but when i can do stuff again, rest assured i will. cut your calorie intake to about 1000 per day... then exercise vigorously... i'm talkin ride a bike 20 miles a day, then do 100 push ups, and 200 sit ups. do that for a couple weeks... i'll gaurantee you lose at least 10 pounds.
