Where to change Windows Default settings

I want Media Play to be my default choice for .wmv and shit but i have Nero Media player as it and it doesnt load right.

Media player is also my default music listener (i want iTunes)

Mistake one: failed to use Itunes for some reason....

iTune was set first but when Nero installed it changed itself to the default

open My Computer, go to Tools, then Folder Options. On the File Types tab, select WMV file type, click Change, and select Windows Media Player as the program.
