has the best customer service ever. my booter crunk dvd that i won at a premier in the fall last two segments would not play. I never got around to calling them till last week. When i did they were really help full and sent me a new copy in a few days. They also sent me some stickers and a extra promo dvd. Just thought you guys should know.
