so im a canadian kid training to become a chef, and i have june-october off courses, and from what i hear your guys' ski season is during our summer. soo, my question to all of you is, in your experience, is it easy for foreigners to get work visas/jobs etc.. and where would be a place that would balance a professional work setting (ideally high end hotel kitchen) with proximity to ski hill and/or surfing. cheers!
New Zealand is a major tourist destination, hence lots of top notch hotels. Queenstown would be perfect for you, as heaps of hotels, and it is the home or Coronet peak and The Remarkables. Snow park and Cardrona are also close by.
