Magne traction

I heard that the lib tech guys were really high one night and they were eating steak and one guy had a butter knife and the other a butter. They noticed that the steak knife cuts much better, so they applied to to boards and skis... WHO SAYS DRUGS ARE BAD...?

i didnt say drugs were bad....id love to try those skis though, i hear theyre sick once you get used to them

they arnt skis they are boards haha u have to buy them 1 by 1 cant buy a them as "skis" lol or so i hear.

Normally, a ski has two or three major contact points with the snow: tip, tail, and maybe waist. The idea is that when you're going over/through crud, normal skis lose contact with the snow because the bounce around so much (even skis that don't noticeably chatter do this.) So, with serated edges, you have seven contact points instead of the usual two or three. More contact equals more control.

ive heard that the skis or "boards" suck and the magne traction barely adds any control...and they weigh a ton

ok ok... a serated knife cuts things better than a knife with a flat edge..right! so they just put that on the NAS and there snowboards. Just like is says in there adds "the magne-traction edge turns ice into slush." do you undersand now.. you have a better grip, even on ice with an edge that was once damaged by rails..
