I've got a question for those of you skates when the snow completely melts down. Can the skating be useful not only to improve your grinds and balance, but also air stuff like spins and so on?

I'm sure it helps but at what cost? I guess respect isn't important to everyone.

That was funny line...
Although I play ice hockey, and sometimes practice by playing roller hockey. I think most rollerbladers look pretty gay..

When I put on rollerblades it feels like I'm wearing my ski boots. I almost fell the first time I put them on after skiing trying to stop like skis.

I'm just kidding man, if you want to rollerblade knock yourselves out, I play hockey/roller hockey all the time I just personally think 'aggressive-inline' or whatever is kind of hurting, not unlike how you think snowlerblading is hurting (although I'm with you there). In the summer when I can't ski I ride BMX, drink, and blaze. It doesn't help my skiing but it's fun!

yeah, landing on them is hard as hell, just a lil forward or backward and your screwed, so it really does help your orientation and balance, both in the air and landing

exactly, why does everyone think stuff has to tie into skiing? hell, in the summer, its nice to be able to do other stuff, like skatin and biking.
Lets go skiing

i disagree with you, you say moto x is an unnessecary use of gas? what is a necesary use of gas? do you drive to the ski mountain? do you take the chairlift up (which operates on oil) instead of hiking? do youo suck your own dick with a leaf blower? all of these things use gas, and any of them can be called unneccessary. take your hippie bullshit somewhere else.

First of all, rollerblading is the shit
My kiing an skating are in no way connected to each other, i started at the same time.
it helps with balance for sure, and spinning,
but they are different, and doing one will not help the other, unless you can learn the right way on skis,
also i think it helps with consistincy because if you aren't perfect on skates you will probably fall.
i take ten steps backward with my bent left vision
