i was at the sporst den today in salt lake city and they have a pair of armadas for sale signed by the tan man. he signed them X-games gold! then his mane if anyone is around slc and can front the money for em'

if i had even close to as many bones as you would need to buy them i would frame them in my room and shine about 13 halogen bulbs over my newly acquired prized possesions .... not to mention charge an entrence fee to my room for all my friends that wanted a gilmpse at the beauties........

ooooooh. SKIS!!! why would you buy some Pro's old skis? Imagine the abuse they have gone through, and its not like they would make you ski any better than normal ones.

that would suck having a brand new pair of armadas, u would wanna ski on them but u wouldnt wanna mess up the signiture, also- any ski that u buy for $700 should have every single fuckin guy on the teams signiture on it

thats bullshit the first year line came out there skis were cheap as hell, when u start a company u dont price shit that noboddy knows about high, u price it low so people will buy it and itl get spread around, once people start buying it and the ski has proven itself to be good, then u raise the price

Well, they acquired the best pro team in the business, hyped the SHIT out of their skis, nonstop bombardment for the last 6+ months, etc.

Armada is to skis what Bose is to speakers. They create a superior image through marketing, but you can get a lot better stuff for a lot cheaper.

How much are Armadas supposed to go for? I know Sports Den rapes their customers on the prices. I bought a LINE hoodie there for $45 and it was on sale marked down from $75. I guess if you are the only ski shop that carries all the stuff they have, you can mark up your prices. Still, $700 is way too much for skis.
