forum. Become a member, read up on peoples past diets and post one that is curtailed to you and people (real body builders) will comment on them and help you dail it in. People really know their shit on that site about lifting routines and diets, also steriods (don't bother doing steriods untill you have platuea'd anyway it's a waste of time, your first 6 months of lifting if you do it right will be incredible for gains (I gained 17.5 pounds in 6 weeks last summer after getting my diet dialed) and I'm a really hard gainer (ectomorph).
