There should be an ns photo contest. At the end of the season, may or something, ns members should submit their previously unviewed photos of ns.com members (not shoped of course) and then a selected group of knowledgable people should select like the top ten or something and then post and have everyone else decide, but keep all the names anonymous until the end. the winners would of course get a prize or something, but the point would be to have something constructive going on. you could have different categories for rails, big mountain and what not.
