Who's Been Bust by Ski Patrol

I've been yelled at a lot but never actually busted till this weekend. We (emo_rocker, some friends) and i were skiing down. THere was a knoll w/ a no jumping sing next to it. SO being the smart people we are we stop and look around. Ski patrol was a ways down and it was 4:30 so noone was around. There was probably 5 people on the entire run. ANyways the four of us all hit the knoll going about 2 miles per hour. We land and patrol calls us over. They wrote our numbers/names down and are putting us in the 'computer'. Anyone else been busted and for what?

I have, plenty of times, i have no respect for my local mountains ski patrol at all, i am on the black list and me and my friends one day got about 3 complaints to the ski patrol about a group of kids who may possibly be intoxicated. We hadent been drinking anything, and i talk back to ski patrol and yestarday we got in trouble with the ski patrol and talked backed to them and shit and then decided to run away from them. So yeah i really dont have any respect for my home mountains ski patrol because they are a bunch of dick heads, I respect ski patrolers from larger resorts but the ones here are stupid and annoying and pull a bunch of shit to get us in trouble.

I wish I got shit for doing inverts but I can't do them yet. I have been busted though for ripping this closed run right under the chair which included jumping over this creek at the bottom in plain view of three patrollers waiting for me at the bottom. They just took my name and pass number so it was all good, except till one of the resort managers came and started freaking out at me when I responded that the reason I poached it even though it was closed was that it was fucking sweet and I should be able to ski it at my own risk if I want to.

i have been busted about 5 times and they take my name and clip my pass and take it for 3 weeks
twice at canyons they busted me for cutting into the backcountry when it was roped off, once at canyons for poaching the park the week before it was open, once at snowbird for speeding, and once at park city for poaching the park after it was closed for the day

yeah they got pissed off when i started to complain. i told them that we knew what we were doing and had made sure no one was around. not too mention we got maybe 5 feet of air distance wise. it was so sad.

I've gotten my pass taken for a week for jumping off the lift near the top. I've also gotten my pass number and my naem taken for laughing at a snowboarder (whoo didnt clear the table, and got hit by a skier) while he was being carted away by ski patrol.

Wiener, i was with benditto on that day. The ski patrollers at our mountain don't like us. They target us. They never do their job. MY dad, who is an orthopedic surgeon, had to lecture them on how to keep people from dying on the way down the hill. I also have no respect for them. In fact, I would rather drag myself down the mountian If i got hurt, rather than give them the pleasure of even seeing me in a miserable state. They'd probably drob the sled anyway, since they can't even ski.

well, the last 4 years i have been in trouble at resorts, the first was poaching some pre season pow in a roped off run at solitude, next year my pass was taken from brighton for paochin pipe at night before they had lights up, next, i got in hot water at park city for inverts, and this year i am on the wrong side of the patrol at snowbird with 'reckless skiing' aka speeding and at canyons on saturday i almost got my pass taken for the season for splitting betweeen two park crew guys with rakes with a switch 3 over a table

most of the ski po and lifties at my mountain are chill, some of them are whack, but we have volunteers that work on the weekends, they get 'special' jackets that say safety patrol on the back, most of them cant even ski so we just fly past them and spray them, but ive never been busted

you all may hate patrollers, but they know their shit when it comes to carting your ass off the mountain. every patroller (to my knowledge at least) has to pass an EMT course before they can patrol, and that is no easy task. but they can be dicks sometimes.

my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

hum, well my dad and sister are patrollers at the shitty resort where i learned to ride (Ski Cooper), but yea, every patroller has to pass yearly exams on that shit. my dad just cheats off my sister i think, i dunno.....but still they have to known that shit. but they can't allow riders to do some shit because resorts are like iraq, one man makes the rules and if you disobey those rules....well, no one disobeys those rules...
but on a serious note, offer to get em high, i bet they'll take the run with you. just do it dazed n confused style, '...you cool man?'.

oh i forgot to say my time. i only didn't get my pass jacked because my family was on patrol at the resort. but me and my lil bro were rippin up the killer freshies at cooper and we went mach speed over a little roller and some patroller saw us hauling ass, but didn't know we were with my dad and sis......and they all stopped us at the bottom in the lift line and were like 'you know, you should watch behind those hills, someone could be standings there...' and then i laughed in their face and told em to goto breck's terrain park, hit the jumps, then talk to me. they didn't like that and i had to talk to the big boys at the top patroller shack.....i grinned in the man's face then my sister apologized for me and i was clean.....those patorllers are fucks when it comes to new schoolers aroudn those parks.....but at the good resorts around here, that patrollers are usually chill. onetime at keystone i hopped the rope while all the patrollers were putting it up for the terrain park, all they said was 'you could've asked'. i said sorry and they said 'no, you're not'. i agree'd and skied off. that was chill.

i was out skiing with my team and our coach decided to jump a snow fence...so he went, we all followed and we all got busted by this 'mall security' style patrol...he got out his radio and was like 'yeah, we got some fence jumpers here...yeah, i'll bring them in'...we told him we were a team and he's like 'just wait till your coach hears about this, he wont be too impressed'...meanwhile our coach is skiing away laughing at us

The Patrollers and Lifties are pretty cool to me at my local hill. They pretty much all know me, and when they see me flying at mach2 into line past slow people and timing it so I slide right onto the chair, w/o ever stopping, most the time the liftie says something like 'that was slick...'. Most the time, I end up lapping the runs so many times, that I run out of things to say to the dudes at the top and bottom... And most the time I am just like wassup bro...

i've only been busted for jumping off the lift. every year, my resort has a snowmobile hill climb on the last day. everyone can ride the lift regardless if they have skis or not, so the lift always stops. well, i was near the top and the lift stopped so i bailed off and when i landed a ski patrol grabbed me and took my name and pass and i wasn't supposed to ski for the rest of the day. i did anyway though.

some old patroller on tele's busted my friend and i for hitting the rails at camp fortune on my snowskate...as he approached me, my friend hit the rail and bailed hard... the snowskate slid down the whole hill and narrowly missed a bunch of ppl just as he turned around the other way to me to explain that we had to leave because it didn't have any braking mechanism.

wear is ski. all the patrollers seem down. I don't see many, and the only time i have talked to one was when me and some other kids built a jumps, and the landing shot us out right towards a lift so it was sort of sketchy. But all he did was ask us nicely to build a jump farther up the hill. There was a comp. last week, and no one wore helmets and they were allowing flips, but i don't know if has any say in that.
