i suck at computers. how do i make this 54meg edit smaller without loosing much quality? i need a good video compresser, what/where...

if you have Adobe Premiere, use the Adobe Media Encoder (File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder), and use something like "WM9 NTSC 128K Download"
