Tips for Misty 5s?

Do you guys have any tips for learning how to do a misty 540?

I read through that before I posted, but I wanted to know how to learn the rotation. LIke do you rotate 90 degrees while brining your legs up over like a cork and then rotate the rest of the 90 at the end?

for your misty 5, tuck your lead hand and leave your other one open and look back hard then once you are vertical look down and spot your landing,

thanks. Gonna have to try taht into a pool. But can only imagine the cahnge with and without skis.

if you spin left, drop the right shoulder to your left hip, but throw your legs up too...

opposite if you spin right obviously.
other ways of thinking about it are: punching the opposite boot, punching a midget or smelling your opposite pocket.

i think of them as a 180 front flip so i first set the front flip then when i am upside down i initiate the spin by bringing in my arms and looking over my shoulder. other people start the turn sooner of later. just do what you feel more comfortable with.

Imagine that you are running from the cops with your pockets full of cocaine and there is a car in your way so you jump up, rotate 180 and slide across the roof of the car on your back and then keep spinning off the other side, rotate another 360 and land backwards.

for leftside: drop your right shoulder forward and punch diagonally. opposite of everything for rightside.

if you havent yet, learn fronts and lincolns, this will help tonnes, then just do it, same as on trampoline.

Are they actually easier? Cause I almost landed a misty 5 but I don't want to think about trying a rodeo 5 yet lol.
