STEVE SHELBY WROTE:
Yeah that's right, about eight freeride snowmobilers made the drive up to MM, Mostly from the ironwood area i believe.
I got the call at 12:30 SAT afternoon, that Tinger, freerider from ironwood, needs me to come out to mm and drive a groomer for them. So i rool up to the hill and see a pack of riders with some of the sickest sleds i've ever seen in person. So i jump in groomer with tinger and rebuilt and groomed out all the big jumps on Chute. including the excite bike feature. these guys even hit the big air feature from Superpark. and they did the transfer. crazy shit. Yeah so these guys hit up all four jumps in a row, it was insane, by far the best thing i've ever seen in my Terrain Park. I have a bunch of pics that i'll put once i get a chance.
For anyone who rode our park this year, you might have an idea how big everything is, but these guys where going deep, almost to the bottom of each landing.
One guy was riding a snow-hawk, this is a real narrow sled with one wide front ski. this guy was really impressive, i had never seen anyone jump these things into powder, let alone in a terrain park. he did the excite bike jump, the 55footer next to the 75. and the two bottom jumps.
then after they got bored of the jumps they hit up a straight box, and an up-down square rail. that was another first for my eyes.
it was a pretty dope afternoon in mm park.
I'll put up some photos soon.

CORY (EXON FREERIDE)WROTE:]
Shelby all I can say is thanks man. The park is killer!Yesterday was the best day of riding I've ever had in the midwest. We really appreciate you guys helping us out, and I was happy to see you stoked on what we do.
Daniel (the older guy who was filming) works with a Snowmobile T.V. show. They will probably do a segment on yesterdays riding at MM. Otherwise there will definitely be footage of yesterday in his next film release, Braaap 6.
THANKS AGAIN!!!
I (Brandon Croney) Wrote:
The urban box that was setup all season: THey used it set up straight flat-
NOW THE BOX IS is SLIGHT inverted rainbox, because of all the weight from the sleds, they bent them alitle.
ITS ACTUALLY REALLY SWEET
THOSE GUYS WERE SICK, JAMES , Shelby and Myself were there 1st hand-
They had NOOO fear they hit every jump (1st run, No speed check. All jumps were still at mosterous sizes)
SOOOOO SICKK!
HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A SNOWMOBILE FLY 100 ft,
cuz I DID.
Peace
