Replying to SALOMON BINDINGS-HELP!

I've got a pair of Salomon S912's mounted on my Candides. I had the shop set them up for my 305mm boot sole and there is still a massive gap in the toe piece. I can see my boot moving around and shit. Anybody know how to get rid of this gap. Or how to adjust them? The little manual I got with them is a page and a half long and is no help what-so-ever. These bindings suck!
