A Few Ouestions about Skis

So I am looking for skis for next season. My First question is which ski should I get? I really like the ninthward skis, would this be a good choice. I ski a lot of park probably 90 % because my mountain sucks and the only thing that is good is the park, but I really like to ski outside of the park when I go somewhere else which is like 5 times a season, so I want to know if the ninthward skis are a good choice. My second question is how long I should get my skis? I am 5’ 8” and about 130 pounds, but I should grow a little before next season. In the past I have skied shorter skis but I really like the ninthward mike d ski which is 176, or is this too big (if these are too big how would the 170 butterlicious be?). Also what are the benefits of having a longer/ shorter ski? Lastly I would like to know if someone can give me an estimate of how much it would cost for the 07 ninthward skis?

ninthwards are made in the us of a so they are probably going to be a tad more. the butterlicious are pretty soft/good for buttering hence the name. im looking to get a pair.

yeah from what's been around id say the mik d's are the best ski from ninthward this year. id go with the 05-06 and they should be decently priced as they will be last years skis for next season ( if that makes sense)

The benefit of a longer ski is more stability.
The benefits of a shorter ski are less weight and quicker to spin.
Since you ski 90% park, I would recommend that you get a longer ski and mount it probably at center. This will obviously make the ski easier to ski switch and be more stable for big mtn skiing. Center mounting really messes up your mtn skiing ability though, so it might be smarter to mount at farther back or something. It depends if you want a better ski for park or mtn riding.

around 176 - 180 is the size you want especially if you're gonna do any growing!
i don't have first hand experience but from what i've heard around here the mmikd's would be pretty reasonable. you might wanna think about considering other skis though, if anything just for reference.
