no it doesnt, i rollerbladed for five years up until now those are in great condition.

those skates are hard to find these days, someone skate those beautys

yeha hte pics make them look really scratched n stuff. but in real life thye arent bad at all.

and yaeh rollerblades have wheel. these and boot only. i can sell with wheels n stuff, but that would be extra. some people may have wheels n stuff already
