I have adobe photoshop image ready CS but I dont know how to make a picture like this http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=4/10114411730.jpg&s=x11 could some explain to me step by step on how you make videos into a image sequence thing.

You usually don't use a video because each fram isn't a good enough picture by itself. usually you take a sequence of stills, layer them in Photoshop, and erase certain parts of each picture so they mesh well.

but if you do use video to do it, you have to export the still-frames from your video-editing program, then import them into PS...

yeah, im no photographer but i think your supposed to do a sewquence shot, like 10 pics really quick together (i know theres a setting on it for good cameras) and then fade them together

you either need the camera supper still (tripod) or zoom out a bit so you can allow for the camera moving when you layer them.

Whenever I do it, I use film (more fun than digi) and just use the sequence mode on the camera, (5 or 6fps) and then layer them in the darkroom before exposing it.

I duno how you would do it for video. I've done it with my D70, and I just used a tripod, used the sequence mode again, and then layered them up in Photoshop.

Haha, not even some professional ski photographers do that. They just go with digital, but I'd like to see one of yours.

Once I get the chance, I'll make a small sequence of my buddy doing a kickflip or something, and I'll find a scanner.
