Destructo bushings

alright, i just bought a pair of new destructo's, and i skated them for like a half an hour, and i noticed that whenever i landed a little to the left, or kickturned to the left hard the bushing would get stuck under the truck and i would have to pop it back into place after every trick. It also happened to the right. I tried tightening them alot and loosening them alot and the same thing kept happening. Is this a factory defect or does it happen to all destructo's , caus this has never happened to me before. Also, is it because i need new bushings?

i think you need harder bushings.

nah it always happens with new trucks. i got a spiffy new pair of thunders and the bushing kept coming out the side when id land wrogn and now its fine. new bushings always just need to be worked in. their still stiff from the factory. give them a few days of solid skating and they will be perfect.

yea you could have gotten soft bushings.

Also I never liked destructo, or independent. Independents were too heavy, and I saw a destructo break.

Fury, or grindking were the trucks. I still have some grindking like g-5 or something lol!!

i had destructos for a long time. i really liked them but htey got crooked after a while, but thats probably cause all i skated was stairs and i weighed about 185. the bushings are fine you just gota work em in. trust me.

no, that happens to everyone, weight has nothing to do with it.
thats why you always see the smallest n00b kids ever with the worst jay'd trucks ever.

but bushings poping out over the washers? thats a little weird.
and yeah normally when you get new trucks they tend to stay exactly in the position you landed on them when you fall, so if ur board rolls away on you its gunna do some massive carve by itself. but then its fine once you jump right back onto it.

and destructos are wack, that life time garentee is deffinatly the LAST thing that their slogan shuold be.
ive broken 3 pairs of destructos.
and they jay like no other truck

sounds like soft bushings, i like krux personaly, never gone roung with em yet
