i ski in ontario mostly, so boot deep powder is a big deal to me.

im usually a level headed guy, i usually use logic when making large purchases.

but ever since ive seen next years made'n ak, i HAVE to get a pair. the graphic does it for me, its the most beautiful ski ive ever seen. and next season im gonna ski kicking horse and new zealand.

i know this is stupid but can someone tell me how made'Ns perform on groomers and in the park.

every. let me reapeat. every ski works on groomers. and if you buying a ski for the way it looks, you probably dont need to worry about performance.

no, just slower edge to edge than the fujative. virtually the same flex, so they're both going to suck maching down groomers.

i mean the made'n is a soft ski but the fujatives are just noodles

They'll be harder to turn, and probably won't hold an edge as well, but for my purposes, I could care less. I think fuji's are tons of fun on groomers.

I dunno but if I had to guess I'd say the madens have a bigger turning radius, so they wont be quite as fun on groomers but whatever, when it snows you'll be havin a blast.

Those skis are SOOOOO soft! I went to flex a pair this year thinking they'd be a cool ski and about fell over because it was literally like flexing a wet noodle for the swimming pool. If I went charging with those in choppy powder I'd be afraid of pounding the tips into my knees.

I know a couple of guys that rock Maidens at my home hill. It's in Indiana, so we obviously don't have anything but groomers. They love them.

i ski my made'n AKs on groomers. they are soft enough to throw around but they are sluggish edge to edge. you can make nice sweeping GS turns but trying to make quick concise turns is a no-go. they chatter quite a bit and they wash out also but that might be because ive got them mounted +7.5.
