I can grab my 3s fine, and spin up to 5s and stuff, but for 7s, i was wondering, my coach said that making yourself more compact makes you spin faster and easier to land. So what im asking is if i grab when im trying to spin a 7, like with a safety grab, will it be easier to do that or should i just stay compact and spin?
opposite tails are really fun, and pretty easy to do. if you spin left, just bbring your inside hand back to meet your tail, tweak it out, and if you're doing a 5, stall at 3, its fun
if you spin to you left, grab with your right hand, and if you spin to your right, grab with your left hand. i find it makes the whole motion of spinning just one big motion rather than actually worrying about a grab.
