The only thing i've heard about NZ is that Snow Park is there, which is all park, so no BC. And there are 2 outher mountains that i know of.. Fakkapappa or something, and another. They're volcanos i think, so they must be gnar. As for Chile and Argentina, i've seen/heard amazing things from there. like isn't Las Lenas in Argentina? And Portillo Chile? check them.

Argentina, Las Lenas is the best opetion for BC for sure, that's what everybody goes there for. the chilean border is a few kilometers away so not that hard to get to as well, do both.

nz will probably be the best, they have massive jagged-ass mountains & if you get a motorhome, you can just drive around & pay $15/day to ski at a club field with 1 tbar, 2000 ft of vert and lots of pow
plus nz'ers speak english (kinda)

agreed, they can both be accessed with a couple days travel, I like portillo better then las lenas. But then again its like comparing a ferrari to a lamborgini, they are both fucken nice.

Im trying to get out to Las Lenas this summer. From what Ive read it has the best terrain out there.

ya, NZ would be cool but the shit in Chile is off the chain. Watch just about any Warren Miller movie.

my friend trains (for racing) down in argentina during the summer and he says it is awesome, but i would rather go to NZ because people down there speak english, and you could ski with some hobbits.
