I know. ok, airsoft is like an air rifle, it shoots small plastic bb's if you will... They shoot at speeds varier from 300-600 fps. Its quite hard to buy them in Canada/United states now, super hard to buy the bb's, and hard to buy parts too, as most of these things are shipped from japan, and dont make it through costums. Paintball, would be a better choice (they're both really fun, but it is hard to get gear for airsoft) If you have ever played paintball, airsoft hurts a little less, and you usua,ly get all dressed up in camo n stuff for it. most paintball fields will let you polay airsoft there if you have enough players (20+). any other questions?

Airsoft guns are really cool. I have one and it looks good while not firing too hard or fast. Reducing the risk of injury if you hit one of your friends...or enemies. one of the two.lol. More realistic then paintball guns!

they're both great, i prefer paintball (more fast paced, easier to get equipment) airsoft kinda tries to drive the war image a little hard, i dont need my marker to look like a gun to scare the opponent, when i start shooting 15 balls per second, it scares them just enough ;)

i live in vancouver and there are supposed to be a bunch of people who sell them and there is an airsoft place here too that used to be a paintball place.

my friend goes out to play every weekend almost.
He loves it. He's got some sort of sniper rifle, MP5, and some sort of handgun.
Helmet, vest and all that jazz.

He invited me out to play with him this year. Can't wait to school him in tactics.

www.airsoftzone.com go there for info, airsoft is so cool, its so cool cause paintball is 2 fastpaced and lost its war image cause it went PC(politcal correct). But strategic games are fun, plus the realism is so sweet, i played once and i felt all hardcore cause i slapped in my second magazine for the m4a1 i was using. I was using a friends gun but i own gbb(gas blowback pistol), u pull the slide back after u put the mag in just like a real gun and when u shoot it blows back like the to simulate a ejecting shell, its so cool, but u have to be mature to play this cause its looks so real, thats why paintball turned into hurting lasertag(speedball that is) well my opinion thats it, i remember when i was 6 i saw something about paintball on tv, it looked so cool cause guys had markers that were called guns and looked so sweet, then by time i was old enough to remember about paintball and play it, it had got PC, airsoft is for the milsim playas
